What started as a passion for home baking in 2020 quickly grew into something bigger—by 2023, our loaves had developed a distinct flavor and signature style that truly set us apart. Founded in New Mexico, Strawberry Fields Sourdough reflects both the land we call home and the journey of continuous learning. To refine her craft, founder Vanessa Kenner pursued research, mentorship, and an internship in the Pacific Northwest, where the sourdough community’s innovation and dedication inspired new techniques and flavor explorations. Every loaf tells the story of patience, tradition, and discovery—baked with heart, fermented with time, and shared with love.
